Help Me Teach the Bible: David Murray on Typology

David Murray is a professor of Old Testament and practical theology at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary and the pastor of Grand Rapids Free Reformed Church. He regularly blogs at He’s the author of Jesus on Every Page, a book that makes scriptural types and shadows of Christ understandable.
I was glad I ran into him at TGC17 and that he was willing to sit down with me to talk about what types are and are not, and both why and how we as teachers can incorporate types into our teaching. We also talked about his new book, Reset: Living a Grace-Paced Life in a Burnout Culture, and the crisis in his own life that led him to change his own life from race-paced to grace-paced.
